Return & Refund Policy

To return a Pevesoo item, you must first contact us via email at support@pevesoo.com with a detailed description of why you are dissatisfied with your product. No refunds will be authorized after 30 days of receipt of the product. Pevesoo will provide an exchange or issue a refund for all non-clearance items within 30 days from the date the item was received, completely at our discretion, provided the items have all their original labels attached and are free from any defects.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the inability to process returns and refunds.

Refunds

When a refund is requested, Pevesoo will refund the full amount of the price of the goods excluding shipping costs.

Return Shipping

All returns should be sent back to Pevesoo at the customer's expense, which is non-refundable. Items should be sent via signed and tracked delivery. Once we receive your return request email, we will provide you with the appropriate address to return the item to.

Single Item Returns

For single item purchases, if the remaining quantity of the product is 50% or more of the original packaging, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs). However, if the remaining quantity is less than 50%, no refund will be processed.

Multiple Item Returns

For multiple item purchases, only products that are unopened and undamaged in their original packaging will be accepted for returns.

Shipping Fees

Refund amounts will exclude shipping costs.
